i found today that the closer i ran my link/shock to the center of the axle the better my rig handled for me.

I am not quit getting you??? closer you run your shocks the less travel your going to have. i get bind if i run them too close.

i am talking about the 3 different mounting locations for your lower link/shock mount. for me the 2nd hole is the sweet spot.

thats were mine are. shortens the wheel base slightly though.

i have a set of bully axles that i run an just got a set of hrs an i like them evey bit as well as the bullys an there way liter

i need some help

i broke a axle shaft an i dont no what it is berg or hr an someone post up a pic of the 2 or a link so i no what i need to get


the one i have is like a dog bone it not a cvd

so you broke your front axle shaft. alright the only thing i can say is buy a set of super 300s. yea they cost alot but well worth it and will save you money and headaches in the long run

ya i plane on doing that if i liked the axles so far im liking them i just want to fix it cheep rite yet to see how the run a lil longer .


i just need to no what i have to i can try to find one on here

i dont no if berg used to bone stile or a cvd or if this a stock hr axle
i was told when i got them that it had berg stugg in them but i thought u had to cut down the berg stugg an this looks stock or someone did a dam good job of cuting them down

If ya don't want to spring for 300s, ya can shorten berg inner axles and run axial outers. The HR front shafts (inners and outers) are crap! I have never broke a HR rear (they do bend but I just bend them back) but axlemasters are available. I like that the HRs are very light and I think the gears (except the lockers) are stronger than bergs (plus they are standard 48p). Ya can also run berg gearsets (no mix and match) to get better 3rd gears if ya are breaking them. They also run the larger axial size outer bearings. The problem with them is the cheap alum that threads like to strip out off and ya can't buy just the outer housings (bergs housings will bolt right up too if ya want to go wider).

im sure i will an ill get a set of 3003 im just doing some testing to see if i like them or the bully axles better befor i spend the money lol
