All you have to do is cut them down to HR length and re-file the flat spots where the shaft engages the locker.

Default axle

use a berg axle and cut the axle the exact lenght of a h/r axle then take the cut berg axle and dremel the end to look like the h/r axle.all you are doing is squaring the end of the axle back off so it will fit in the locker .super easy just take your time.

i stripped mine out in the middle of the comp season, been band aiding it and tightening it down before every run. that why it has become my back up rig........

gonna try and tap it tomorrow but not sure how it will work being my steering knuckle bushing an everything else will have to be drilled too. idk i hope it works out lol

different spacers, jbweld, larger screws, anything i could think of. it has got to the point were it needs replaced, but I am not dropping any more money into it. its now my back up

I am building a sweet rig for my daughter with HR axles. I bought them brand new from Hobby etc. and the short tube had no threads in it and it was too big for a 3mm tap. So,I bought the 4mm knuckle hardware upgrade from CKRC. It has worked out real good so far. I would definately look into it. I will post some pics if you need me to.
