Integy small clod knuckles ?

Does anybody know what the two tapped holes opposite the steering arm are for on the integy small aluminum knuckles ? For the clod axle

The two holes are to remove the arm. Im trying to get more steering out of these rite now and im about to break out the dremel and start hacking them up. the steering sucks.
