Camera phone sucks thats for sure. Drivit is what they r spraying to texture outsire of buildings now .Its a type of concrete I think. If EJ looks at the thread he can tell u better what it is.
Thanks for all the complements I cant wait to have a comp on this course.

Any idea on what each section weighs? They are 4'x4' when broke down right?

I'm guessing 100 to 150 pounds 2 people can pic them up and carry them, and yes they r 4 by 4 sections . I was going to have the 4 by 8 and figured out very fast they were going to be to heavy. plus with 4 by 4 sections u can turn them more ways and make a lot more different courses.

Dryvit is a brand of EFIS material, basically an epoxy stucco that doesn't use sand.

This is completely awesome! I'd love to have a small one of these in my garage. I think I might start looking into materials and give it a shot! Hats off to you man; this is gonna be sick when it gets finished!

Default day 10 ,11

Went EJ . Black hills Foam works yesterday and he already had the last section meshed and mudded. yeah , He also sprayed all 3 remain pieces with dryvit.
today he set the hole course up and sprayed final coat on it . he sent me home before he sprayed it, so I haven't seen it yet . I had to clean out my garage to make room 4 it.
This afternoon EJ and his crew showed up and insulated my ceiling sweet . tomorrow well probably set it up and get some Pict's of the course finished . maybe ill borrow a decent camera
