yeah i helped disign most of it too. but we should get that plastic stuff for the texture its suppost to hold up alot longer ant i think it can take the abuse.dont let any one walk on it cuz it crushes the foam under the concrete which is bad buddy ill give a hand on it on sundays if you want make sheer you tell hime you want the plastic stuff and not to much texture just on the parts where you think it needs it like up hill climbsi know cuz ive done and built a few

Here's what I made for our indoor section at the Hobby Town "Mega Plex" in Omaha, NE. I used 30"x80" free door pallets, cup boxes, weed barrier felt, spray foam, base coat stucco mix, and colored w/texture stucco mix. We can move these panels with one or two guys and pretty durable.

What's your plan on a durable coating? Looks good so far.

If you are going to be using some texture make sure that you factor that in when crawling it to test it. Im not sure about the foam you are using but if it is slick and then you add texture everything is going to get much easier.

Default Texture

Were going to put fiberglas mess over styrofoam, then some sort of concrete, then spray on drivit.

hes got a point for sheer and you want some nice smooth crawls too not so lumpy but steep aswell
