| Ok I have spent some time reading the sticky's on rod ends but I haven't seen really what I am looking for. What rod end with a 3mm hole has the most travel? I am currently runing the stock rod ends from a TLT and they bind up pretty easily so I figured hey--why not replace those too if there is a rod end that will travel more (I would like to get more triangleation from the lowers but the rod ends are about maxed out). Like I say I looked around and couldn't find any answers... |

| On my Twin I'm running ends that take #10 hardware. Way to big for a TLT but they're pure beef. On my sons we've been running the 6.8 Kyosho ends. They've held up great. I just bought a bag of the Revo ends, like a 12 pack or something,to kindly rebuild my sons truck. They look pretty beefy to me and have plenty of twist to them. |

The Revo ends are too big for 3mm though, 4mm fine, but 3mm no. The simple Traxxas ball ends will be you best bet. They are cheap and you can find them everywhere. Buy extras. As long as you keep the balls clean and maybe even drop a dab of lube onto the balls it'll keep them going. Balls, lube and they keep going...haha

| ha ha ha--wait----ya well--blow me lil man,lol..... They actually are setup right but I know I will also be needing new ends since I beat this thing daily now and they are getting a wee bit chewed up.. I went to get a new body today at the LHS and didn't see any traxxas rod ends. Gotta get another load of goodies collected on towerhobbies |

Been there done that....To dang heavy. They worked great and were bullet proof but in all honesty, they were just to heavy. I've still got that old chassis and link set up hanging on the wall, just trying to figure out what to do with it. I refuse to give up using my steel driveshafts though. A little heavy yes but it's all down low and they will never break.
