I have broke my antenna on my scorpion. I tried using a piece of wire to make a new one, but I only have a few feet of range. Does anyone know anything I can use to make one that won't break as easily as the stock one, and still give me some decent range of operation? Any and all help will be much appreciated.

i havent tried this, but i dont see why it wouldnt work.. Go to your local hobby shop and purchase some wire for a hobby grade antenna, solder it to the board in place of the metal one and get an antenna tube to mount it (although, some people also like to hide the antenna under the body to clean it up). Has anyone else tried this?

The antenna broke off of my sons Scorpion the first day he had it. It works just fine without it, and looks cleaner too.
