I go thru about 7 gal.'s of kero each day we're there. It took about 30 gal.'s to heat the area while we built the last formation and while the cement dried. We also use a lp patio heater, on HI it only runs for about 10 hrs on a 20 lb tank. It's too exspensive really. When ya comin'?

Come on over Critter. I'm about 45 minutes east of Charlotte Motor Speedway for reference. No worries on the labor or heat, I hope your schedule allows you to come crawl sometime. Thanks again. Thanks. Build ya one and post the pics!

Looks 5 1/2 hrs. each way, not too bad. Make a two day deal out of it, I may have a free place for yall to crash also. Maybe plan to come when we're having a Carolinas' Comp. the same weekend, most are within 1 hr of Albemarle. Check the NCRC link below for comp. scedules.

Great looking course. I've been lucky enough to have a friend up here that lets us build in his garage. We did the cement structure last winter and this year we built a real rock course. Sure make the winter go faster. I will be in North Carolina in March. I may give you a shout and try to come see this course in person. Keep up the good work. |
