Heh-heh, nice vids and pics. I too have a MaxStone, have had it since Feb of this year. It's my most used and abused RC. About the "no-love-thing:" way I see it, we're all members of an exclusive club (MaxStone Owners Association, or M-O-A for short!), and they're just jealous that our acronym is cooler than theirs ()! Keep givin'em hell!

Get some spare tires and go to homedepot and get some small brads/nails poke them from the inside of the tire to the outside so they just poke thru the outside 1/4 -1/2 inch. MASSIVE snow crawler with spikes... works nice on ice and snow now...

Howdy.
1st post here, even though I joined 4 years ago.

I have one of these as well, and I'm very impressed with it.

I purchased a used Mad Torque a month ago on craigslist and that led to the MaxStone purchase.

They both are very capable on the tons of granite we have here in Prescott.

I sold my AX10 on ebay to fund both rigs.

Got a Early Ford Bronco body on the Mad Torque now, and working on a Willys body for the MaxStone.

I'll get some photos up soon.

I've also had one, my wife liked driving it because it would walk over whatever she drove it towards. I ended up selling it to fund my comp rig. The only thing I didn't like was how stiff the tires were. I would pull the foam and switch tires and that would probably help a lot.

I've been hoping to find either a used mad torque or maxstone 1/8. I was scraping together as much as possible, but couldn't quite get enough together to get one from nitrorcx, especially since they wanted 32 dollars for shipping :[
If I can ever find a used one, I'll join the "no love" club :]
