Steering Alignment on the 1/18th

Help! I have been searching RCCrawler for like the last hour looking for how to adjust the steering on my 1:18 Nylint Jeep that I just bought. Its awsome, but vears to the right alot when trying to go in a straight line. Can anyone help me with this? I have tried search, no resaults, so I started a new thread.

Thank You,

Gr8archer (rcc newbie)

There should be 2 knobs on the radio, one that says steering trim (or similar) and one that says throttle trim (or similar). Turn the steering one the opposite way (so if your truck tracks to the right, you turn the knob to the left) and it should correct it.

the 1:18th's dont have a steering trim on the remote or anywhere else for that matter. If it bothers you that much just go ahead and upgrade to hobby grade electronics.

If somehow the steering gears skipped a few teeth or something, and now the tires are at an angle at rest, you can take off the front gear cover and manually manipulate the gears to re-set them where they should be. That is about the extent of alignment you can get on the 1/18 Nylints.
