Crawler king cvds

I have a crawler king I love it but I keep breaking axle shafts I know hat they don't make cvds for them anymore but I know that I can mod some cvds to work in my crawler king so what I need to know is what cvds to get to do this? (it would be nice if they cost around 40$) thanks for all the help

You need to do my Slipper Mod, do a search for the Thread with Skullking...ALso helps to not put the rear lockouts on the rig... The Slipper MOD is your best bet"thumbsup"

What dose this do and how will it help???

It allows the tranny to "Slip" when you get in a bind or hit something...so your axles dont break

Won't that make it bad at crawling???????

Not as bad as breaking parts."thumbsup":lmao:

Or, just dial your trigger finger back some when the axles are bound up. Unless you find a different CVD that can work/be modded to work, you need to reduce the axle loads to stop the breakage.

Thanks but I think I'm going to just try to mod some cvds I don't break them when I'm in a bind just if I flip down a steep hill so I keep breaking the front axle shafts

Hang on, ZoSo (who is running RCP Crawlers now) is in the process of having a batch of the CVDs made.
