Typical Losi stock servo problems...they are ready for the garbage straight from the box. Get a Hi-Tech and be done.

rock crushers are a great tire, rc4wd site, or rc mart for some miclaws! best micro tire by far, but you will need a widener kit, to achieve full turning radious, and an upgraded motor is also reccomended too, but rock crushers are a great start! but they do take a bit of wearing in to get nice and sticky
