| Big Bore shock questions/parts
So I know 2660's are the 3.5" shocks (I run them on my 2.2 and love them) The 2661's are the 4". Are the 2662's 3.75? There is no length listing on tower for these shocks but I was under the assumption they also made a 3.75 shock. Also anybody have any part numbers for replacement shock cups and rod ends for those shocks since I have seemed to have lost one and a couple of my rod ends on the shocks are pretty hammered. Thanks for any help..... |

I think you're mixing up the 2661 and 2662. 2661 is X-Long and the 2662 is XX-Long.. Seems to me the 2662 is the 4" shock? I'd like to hear a clear explanation of these shocks. Getting ready to replace plastic Axial shocks I've been running as a droop setup for 3 years. Sick of the caps popping off. The most common Traxxas rod end is part# 1942. Most likely what you need. FWIW www.buytraxxas.com is the best place for Traxxas parts I've ordered a bunch of stuff from there over the years. Last edited by Jus; 06-03-2011 at 07:38 PM. |
