Default independant throttle/steering for back

sounds crazy, but i'm trying it. i'm going to set up my 4 wheel steer with independant controls for front and back.2 boards and one controler, should work. i should have it done tonight to let you guys know. by the way this is all stock equipment...

what like this?? It works ok, you just need a couple of push buttons from radio shack.

ahhh boo, i thought i was the first :( lol, i'm not using any buttons, just two boards, only downer is youll have to flip channels, but i'm making this truck as worthy as possible with spending no money

I tried that as well. Using one controller and flipping channels for rear steer. It would have worked if I'd had a stronger servo. The rear would steer on it's own and not hold position. I also wanted to try front dig, tried it on the carpet, I don't suggest it on a Nylint. Sure carpet is the toughest/grippy terrain, but it showed the worst that could happen. After all that, I'm sticking with non-steer rear axle and a slightly shorter wheelbase.

bottom two are for left and right rear stear and the top one is for front dig, no swithching channels its all works at the same time, the only thing thats not nylint is the three buttons that cost $2.00.

hmm cool, do you have a link to a write up?

i tried combining the two boards, and some of my solder wondered and i didn't see it, and i shorted out some of the stuff, so now i only have forward on of the boards... project to be resumed tomorrow
