| Can anybody ID this transmission?
This is a two speed transmission that will accept two electric motors. It is similar to some of the Traxxas models, but I have not pinned it down yet. Anybody help? Thanks |

Wel, I sort of thought so, but my the two motor mounting positions on my transmission are symetrical. On the EMaxx, they look staggered a little. I was thinking that mine might be an older one? This shows the stagger better. http://traxxas.com/sites/default/fil...n_100622_0.pdf |

It's the original 3906 e-maxx tranny. Decent but needed an idler gear upgrade for brushless torque.

Probably no point in adding this but yes it is certainly an emaxx tranny. Surprisingly strong too for what it is. I've ran a castle 5700kv on 3cell before. Held up well for a while. Like stated above it really needs metal gears.
