Default Losi 4" shock Bleeding Help

I thought about putting this in the Newbie section, lol , but i need help building these shocks. I got them in a trade so I have no instruction manual. Im only used to top loading shocks, and need help with these bottom loading Losi's. I looked at Wrenchs thread on some other site but it wasnt helpful. I try to thread the end cap in and a whole bunch of oil comes out and im left with a big air pocket. Ive tried different techniques, but I only have enough oil for about 2 more shocks and dont want to waste it. Any help? Thanks
