I've got a swamp behind my house with all the mud you could ever want, plus a small rock pile in my yard. The closest good are is about a half hour away under a bridge. Still need to get pics of both though.

Mine is the backyard. That's the whole reason I got into these. No time after kids to take the 1:1 out.

mine is about a 10-15 minute bike ride to the Conservation area just outside of town...LOTS of single track bike trails and numerous/endless amounts of places to crawl...it's called Ken Reid Park..fun place to go. and even before that 5 minutes from my house there's an off beat trail with many more rocks and stuff.great for scalers....and there's even a place to launch your scale boat...

Anywhere from 5 mins to an hour and a half. Some pics of a couple of spots. These are all year round unless it's raining.

Mostly all with great views too.

Beautiful views Tazman. Sort of like the coastal rocks we got around here.

Columbia SC Zoo (more specifically the rocks near it) is about an hour away and is worth the drive. Theres a little beat up quad trail with some decent rocks on it right across the street from me though. Sumter...not a lot here but magically an house or so from whatever you need. I can live with that.

Pretty pumped, as for my wheeling spot, I thought I had nothing super close until today.

I guess there must be some quad trails around, because they were bombing around all day. Neighbors said I can walk out to their pond anytime I want. Went out there today, definite playground!

That and I live in the mountains of NC, right of the Blue Ridge Parkway, so Im sure there are tons of spots there

Thanks! This is an awesome place to crawl and bash. Here's a more current shot. Would like to visit Australia one day.

Very nice. I crawl along the coast too so on a nice day you get some great views. You'd love Australia if you came!

Personally I feel extremely spoiled here in northern Minnesota. From Duluth MN to the canadian border there is endless crawl areas within a 150 mile stretch along lake superior. Plus there is countless rivers that feed the lake with endless crawling. Unfortunately I have to drive a 100 miles to comp with the MNRCRC boys.

Back to the point im a quarter mile from my local test and tune spot at the breakwall/lighthouse. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else.
