Brandon texted me a couple photos of the EXO at Sema. Looks bad ass surrounded by all those 1:1 race shocks!

Damn, there's a lot of users on this thread. Hey, i got a question for you guys? Is there no money to be had by Axial in the 8th or 5th scale? For example, if they put out somithing like this EXO with a gas or large scale castle, would you guys buy it? i probably would.

Of course with a big ass 29cc it would be hard to keep it true scale i guess.

The only thing that is somewhat similar is the center drivetrain section. Tube and (what looks to be) 32p gearing on the spur. Thank god for that btw

Judging from the wraith msrp that puts the EXO around 320.

I'm relieved. Why? Have been consternating over modifying the wraith to climb dirt/gravel piles & hills. With its high center of gravity it needs work. This EXO Terra looks ready made for high speed hill bashing alla almost ffof. Will be interesting to see what brushless is included, gearing etc.

This will be an easy decision for those who want to hill bash. Yes?

Although I have not held this rig in my hands I have a few things to disagree with you.

Slash=High COG, This has a LCG chassis already

Slash=Dirt gets into the rear bearings and diffs through numerous holes and causes to melt the little plastic piece the spur rides on and or motor mount. If this is anything like my CKRC converted "slash killer" then there are no problems with sand getting to anything although it's all exposed.

It's bad ass, people with money or who dont care will buy it, the ones that dont have as much $ will wait for the price to go down or just not get it.
