i use a rolok on a die grinder to clean the coating just from where i am going to braze the peices together and then i plan on throwin it in the sandblast cabinet and givin it a good cleanin all over before powder coatin it... just a suggestion

I just stripped paint off my tuber. I used EZ off. Spray it real good, let sit for a while, then wipe off.

Don't expect it to all come off at once. It took a couple coats for me.

There are many solutions, this is just one.

try a wire wheel on a bench grinder , should take it right off.
