This is the tread that got me hooked! I did not have the money to get a fancy radio to control the dig on my LCC and this thread got me started. But mainly it made me willing to dive into the electronic's and not be dependent on what the market offers but rather build what i can afford to suit my needs!

Besides being a cool cat, crazy, funny and a killer crawler...Nabil just knows how to make a crawler work and work well. He explains what works and why. This has been the only thread that I've really followed intently. Being "lucky" enough to crawl with the Panda slayer himself on a regular basis...I get to see his rigs work 1st hand and appreciate the shared knowledge.

Gave me a lot of ideas to work with when I first go into crawling, still have not been able to buy as many of these parts as I want, but the crawler is still a work in progress.

I want to say thanks to all of the vendors that put up prizes for all of the days. Without you this would've not been possible. I for one will try to purchase items from the vendors,some that I didn't know existed before this giveaway.

BUT...I've gotta say...that back when I was first looking for more info about "Scale RC" ...which was what drew me to this hobby....I ran across one of Chino's threads...this one:

There were MANY others...that I found around that time too...that were really great....but I think Chino's was one of the First ones that put the "Scale HOOKS" into me !!!
