okay several suggestions
1. go to the creeper forum
2. read the tips and tricks section
3. read the on the creeper wagon thread
4. enjoy your creeper

as far as locking the diffs you can either use j.b weld on the spider gears or buy the availible lockers ( flm and rmdesignworks ) . you siad the setscrews are stripped out on your lockouts do you mean the factory lockout links or hr lockouts ?

on the set screws if they have a head on them use a dremel to cut a slot in them and use a flat blade screwdriver to remove them , if they are flush to the surface then you may have to drill them out if you can't find an easy-out that will fit .
