Default dumb question: is stock scx10 and ax10 axles the same?

I have a scaler I'm putting together using and scx10 frame and need axles. I have a lead on ax10 axles and wondered is they are the same width as the scx10.

going with 1.9 wheels?? if so and your using the ax10 hexes. either go with narrow 12mm hexes from axial or grind the "shoulder" off the wide hexes that normally used with 2.2 wheels. The 1.9 wheel doesnt seat to the ax10 hexes.
