Don't forget about the space between the axles. You could put some of your heavier down low. Just make sure you keep your steering axles from hitting anything. 4pk's cases that can slide out for easy access?

Here's a serious idea- you could mod the chassis to have a drop belly between the axles, it would give a lower CG and you could fit more ish into the wagon.

I'll do the 3D work this week to get a more solid plan. At this point getting the axles widened and sheet metal work planned is priority.

Started getting into the project layout with some actual 3D work. I wasn't liking the way the 6 car stacker version was going so i went down to a 4 car setup that could easily be expanded to 6 and would be no higher then the previous option. This option will be more work to fab but that's not a huge deal. Still haven't gotten to the sheet metal layout, hope to move to that soon now that I am happy with this general layout. It really shouldn't take long though, although details waste a ton of my time! |

you should look into these for your charging system.we used them in car audio comps, charge them, drain them almost dead and charge right back up no problem! another suggestion why not make the rigs hang off a rack? might be able to get a couple of more on there Maxwell 2600 Farad 2.5V Ultracapacitor, capacitor power storage, used Qty 12 | eBay Last edited by stevew; 05-11-2012 at 08:56 AM. |

I stole this pic off the net somewhere, probably the the HAMB. But, I figured I'd just throw this out there for an idea. |

instead of a battery you could get one of those little honda generators and put on there.
