Still haven't gotten to the sheet metal layout, hope to move to that soon now that I am happy with this general layout. It really shouldn't take long though, although details waste a ton of my time!
I'm not sure how much clearance from ground to bottom of the cart, or if you were planning on lifting it, but if you made a tray that went in between the wheels, you could possibly get 2 rigs down there and so that'd lower your CG. I assume most comp places are fairly flat, so large bumps shouldn't be a big issue
