Default New Tziworld Winch

Hi guys,
I've been working on this for quite a while, but I think its time to share...
Its a new winch that will be a companion for the Tziworld Beefy Winch Controller.
Similar size to a servo, and designed to be hidden from sight, it should be great for those who want something a little more compact than a servo winch, or dont have the space to run a spool.
Also a great winch for boats, helicopter lift-winch, and many other things

Purchasing info...

Internals will be from a servo.
Specs (aiming for)
3cell continuous (possibly more)
Line speed... Fast, but slower than quicksand
Stall torque 25kg+

Looks like it would be great for a rear facing winch.

As soon as I finish testing servos and decide which internals to use...
The aim was to use something like a towerpro brass gears where parts are readily available and cheap to replace, but I have found much better titanium gears for slightly more expensive.

Trying to make some decisions here so I welcome some feedback...

What your preference for the following...
  • Strong(25-30kg) and Slow winch and good pricing
  • Not as strong(15-20kg) but faster and good pricing
  • Strong(25-30kg) AND fast... but more expensive

  • Voltage
Lower voltage (4.8v-6v) OR Higher voltage (8.4-11.1v)
(given than you can over-volt regardless)

Strong and fast. Higher volts.

Most people are doing G6 and scale comps, most the trucks are 8lbs+ and need something fast when clock is ticking.Free spool would the ticket! Most are running 3s and up lipos. I use 4s lipos myself.

Specs

Stall Torque: about 20-25kg
Line Speed: 13-15seconds per meter
Voltage 7.4v - 8.4v

The strength could be doubled to roughly 40kg, but the line speed will decrease by a similar amount.

Dimensions coming soon... but its the size of a servo.
Fits between scx10 chassis rails, and should fit up easily to a wraith with a forward or rear electronics tray.

First testing video... full spool of rope.
