Sorry but I'm still confused. With those adapters you can use vp ax10 8* knuckles with wraith chubs to use the new hd 300's? Any pics of this setup?

Ok, lets try this.

XR10/wraith Chub + Wraith Knuckle = Works and is the ideal setup for max steering

XR10/wraith Chub + XR Knuckle = Works but xr knuckle may limit steering angle.

VP AX10 8* Chub + XR or Wraith knuckle = No worky

VP AX10 8* Chub + XR or Wraith knuckle + SDS customs flange bushing adapters = Works

AND FOR NON INCLINED KINGPIN SETUP:

Normal AX10 Chub + Felsenfest V5XR knuckle = Should work but needs to be confirmed first.

No, you are just reading it wrong. It's an adapter from Axial 8* knuckle to Wraith Knuckle adapter. A comma could help clarify.

the second "knuckle" is implied.

Nothing about it won't work on Dlux tubes. All Dlux wanted was to know how to make the shafts work with vertical/non inclined kingpin knuckles/chubs. The only way to do that is buy Felsenfest V5XR knuckles.

Someone please put this in the first post, John makes killer axles but does use some confusing descriptions. Ninja Turtle was right to be confused. The adapters should be called VP AX10 8* Chub to Wraith/XR knuckle adapters. The VP AX10 8* knuckle isn't being adapted to anything its being discarded.

yeah i knew what Erik wanted....but John had told me I needed the "adapters" to run this combo on a berg....it's an extra $35 in parts I dont need??...unless there is some reason wraith knuckles and wraith chubs wont work on a berg with 300hd's??

John must have assumed you were already running VP AX10 8* chubs and therefore required the adapters.

I have a question, will the super builders kit be long enough to mod to the super bully? I know there is more to it than that but that is all I need to know, thanks.

I don't see a Super builder's kit being offered, but the regular builders kit shows that the axle shaft blanks are 6.5" long

you need to put that thing on a torsion chassis to get the full 75-80 degrees of steering, i dont think it has enough steering

Nice recovery at 0:47. It sucks that you have to use xr10/wraith c hubs with wraith knuckles. I would love to be able to use vp highsteer berg knuckles.
