How do you wire the rear axle after you flip it

I know this question has been asked a million times, and everyone's gonna tell me to use the search button, but how do you wire the rear axle after you've 4-linked it and flipped it like this http://i58.photobucket.com/albums/g2...m/P7180033.jpg

I've read other threads about this but i never read a clear cut answer. do you just wire the motor backwards?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.:)

with some motors you cant simply switch the wires as the motor has built in timing.like a standered hobby frade stock motor has 27 degrees of timming in it. switching the wires on that would cause poor performance and eat up brushes like crazy.

on the nylint motors they have 0 degrees of timing so switching the wires does not affect performance.
