We've run into a glitch  The test tires are here but the bead is measuring out of spec. We went back and studied the CAD file to look for errors but didn't find any. I contacted the factory and it looks like our new rubber compound may shrink more during casting than other compounds. They're going to talk to the compounding engineer about it and get back to me. |

I am sure that I can make them fit anyways. At worst case we could cut and shut some new beads. Lets see some of these things on some rocks and get some reviews out to everyone that has been waiting for some time now. Not trying to rush anything but surely we could make something work without having to wait another few months.

They're telling me that the chemistry is so unique that they're breaking new ground with casting it....sooooo, they need to make some changes to the chemistry to reduce shrinkage.
