Default RC4WD R3 2 Speed transmission question

I've seen alot of people run a 2 Speed transmission and the Killer transfercase, do I need them both for a RWD truck? Or can I run a driveshaft straight from the transmission to the axle?

Thanks!

Don't see why you couldn't. The only thing you would be losing from not having the transfer case is the extra reduction, and of course 4 wheel drive.

Well 4 wheel drive wont matter since I'll be using it for a RWD Jeep Cherokee. But that would help out my wallet alot more if I didn't HAVE to use a t-case.

It just has a 5mm out put so almost any drive shaft will work.
