Can Anyone ID This Tube Chassis?

Just picked this Campbell-style chassis up, apparently bought from someone on the board about three years ago. Meant to be used with Ax10 stuff.

Was wondering if anyone knows who made this, and if there are any build threads using this chassis kicking around...?
