the6y didnt discon. as far as i know tower is restocking them to sell more...... if it was discon. then town would say... they wouldnt post it was being restocked if it wasnt....

Well Kaetwo did call TamiyaUSA and that is who told him they were discontinued.

That thing looks awsome. I love those scale tires!

I honestly don't think my Mountaineer would do much better then a Pajero. Except if you keep the stock IFS in the front, then I might have a slight advantage. I can't wait to get mine going and see what it can do.

Russel.. the Pajero looks awsome. What tires and rims are those? The kind of look like narrowed Masher 2000, but not.

it was locked but i brok the axel a couple days befor that pic just havnt put it in yet,it still made it through the mud with only 3 wheel drive...

those tires look like they could come off of the rim in the front, you can see a little gap.

about a solid front axle, has anyone tried to transfer in a tlt axle or mabye for a nice scale look a Brusier

It's funny that Tamiya said it's discontinued, when their webpage still shows it as available. They're usually very good about keeping it updated.

There's also the VW Touareg. For some reason Tamiya now calls it the CC-01 chassis. Same as the XC, but I *think* the wheelbase is different. But it can be built with the shorter WB as the Pajero.
