One carat diamond studs to my wife. Put them in the ears of a teddy bear then wrapped the bear. Took her a few to realize they were real.

the best gift I have given is a turkey dinner and gifts for 4 kids to a family in need!!! Was the best feeling ever to see there faces that day!!! Will do it again when i can!!! Thanks for the chance
