Tamiya tundra bodies Hey guys im just wondering whatmkinds of bodies you haveput on your tamiya tundras ? And what ones fit ! Thanks |
Re: Tamiya tundra bodies Im assuming you mean the Tamiya Tundra Highlift? |
Re: Tamiya tundra bodies Yes the highlift tundra |
Re: Tamiya tundra bodies I have a tundra and have wondered the same thing. I can't imagine Tamiya changing the mounting and chassis to just fit bodies so the f350 should definitely fit. |
Re: Tamiya tundra bodies Pretty sure the Hilux, Tundra and F350 all have the same mounting holes! |
Re: Tamiya tundra bodies The Tundra has a slightly longer wheelbase than the Hilux or F350. TamiyaUSA.com Tamiya 3-Speed Highlifts |
Re: Tamiya tundra bodies Ya i figured it was the longest one .. The wheel base is nuts . I really want a new bright body but they are like $100 |
Re: Tamiya tundra bodies Don't buy the whole body... Just the cab, bumper etc and make your own box or flat bed. I've seen people do that with the tundras and it looks sick |
Re: Tamiya tundra bodies Yea but im not that skilled with making that kind of stuff... |
Re: Tamiya tundra bodies Hmm, try looking at prolines plastic bed and bumpers etc.. They have some cool add ons that fit the highlifts. I saw it at a local hobby shop the other day called go go hobbies. Gogohobbies.com |
