Default is this frame any good?

and if so, what for? (ie: what kind of crawler would this be good for) and what axles would work well?

Go adventure to the Newbie forum.....

That appears to be similar to the TCS edge chassis from years past. It is intended for axial ax10 axles, transmission,skid and links. It is based on a stock ax10 chassis plates.

i have been in there, just havent learned all the frames yet! its an integy frame and im just trying to figure on if its worth the $40 to have as a jumping off point.

Its based off an AX10 platform that usuallu utilizes AX/SCX axles. Your COG will ge pretty hign with that chassis. I prefer a lopro chassis to leep my weight closer to the ground

Your COG is what you make of it

It all depends if thats the rig and look you want to build... Non of us can tell you what you what... Tubers are fun but Integy quality has always been lacking IMO...

thats what ive been hearing. i was kinda hoping since it was a frame they really couldnt muck it up. the shock mounts on that are pretty high so i was hoping it would/could be low enough.

i DO like the looks of these chassis but i just wasnt sure if the frame lent itself better to one type or another.

thanks guys, ill save my money for now.

After reading some of your posts I think you would probaby be most happy with a Wraith... They are very capable and fun in RTR form and just upgrade as you go
