What size wheels and tire do you want to run,1.9 or 2.2? Just because most people run a tuber style rig doesn't mean you have to follow. Build it the way you want it.

Axial scx10 is probably what you are looking for, there is a kit version(recomended) and a rtr(ready to run). It comes as a Jeep Jk (kit&rtr) or a honcho(Toyota taco, rtr) or Dingo (landrover knockoff kit) the only diferances besides the body is some licenced stuff(Jk) and wheel bases, otherwise they are the same. New bright has a Tj body, and you might ebay a Zj body.1.9 tire size is the most common and tire sizes range from 3.5" -4.75" all mounted to the 1.9" rim. Have fun with the new addiction lol... |

Proline makes a nice MJ body that fits the SCX perfectly. Just about any 1/10th body could be made to fit though.

I agree with picking up an axial. I just picked up a used one rtr for $175 which allows me to spend more money on hop ups. You can find some good deals and make it your own.
