At this price, they should of made them out of titanium. I'll stay with the Robinson gears.

I gotta seriously concur with 2mm being fine as a fastener for these areas. Finger tight and blue loctite will keep things in one piece. 3s and brushless 4pole motors can attest to that, there are other areas in the drivetrain to worry about.

Back ot, the axial gears look like a nice addition to the market. While a lil pricier than other options, they're pretty much guaranteed to work well together.

50 buck for ti gears?... Shut up and take my cash to whomever makes that happen

Would the 3 Robinson Racing gears be these?

#1540, #1541, #1542

Is there something that makes them better than the Axial ones? They're even more expensive.

Yes, 1541 middle idler but you only need 1540 or 1542 not both. 1540 use stock axial or ci or supershafty out drives. 1542 same gear incorporating out drives. I don't like it personally, I prefer the thru pins for the drive shafts rather than grub screws, others I know love it.
