Default My Dig is not fully engaging

i have an axial dig that i have recently purchased built it, mounted a new hitec standard servo on it and centered it all out and all that but when i disengage the rear it works flawlessly however as soon as i try to reengage it the rear runs choppy as if the teeth in the dig are not connecting right so i trimmed and centered the servo again hoping that it will now work still choppy as hell i made sure the servo was fully functional and it is and remounted it anyone else have this issue? If so any help is appreciated thank you for your time.

I had to adjust the trim on the one side to get it to fully engage.
On my radio it was the SubTrim I think.

spelling errors should be ignored from this device. =-O

Trim is for centering, EPA (End Point Adjustment) is for each end of travel.

Maybe you need to set the EPA's? I don't know that dig, maybe the issue you have is at center, not end of travel.

i had a PITA getting my dig to engage/disengage without the servo freakin' out.
with the radio adjust both sides of throw and keep playing with it until the servo moves correctly aswel as doesnt buzz when engaged/disengaged. takes some time but it is awesome when done!!

I'm having issues too. It works great when not in the truck, and maybe once or twice in the truck before it keeps slipping out. It looks like my servo horn may be rubbing the interior which may be causing it not to push in all the way to engage the rear. The other (2) positions work. If I figure it out, I'll let you know.

I have the DX4S, using the 3 pos. switch setting and a HiTec 645 servo for the dig.
