|  Looking for drivers, I-Hobby Expo 2006
This was posted once before, a while back, but we need a more current thread. RCP CRawlers is looking for people interested in driving on our display during the upcoming I-Hobby Expo in chicago, Oct 19-22nd. http://www.ihobbyexpo.com/ Thusday and Friday is only open to dealers, while Saturday and Sunday is open to everyone. If you can be there Thursday and Friday that would be great, but it's most important that we have people for Saturday and Sunday. Anyone helping us out will receive free entrance to the show, and get to show off your skills at the largest Hobby trade show in the US.  We plan to do a mock comp on Saturday and Sunday. A few things to consider: 1. WE DON'T HAVE ANY 27 BAND CHANNELS SO THE TQ3 OR OTHER 27 BAND RADIOS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED! You will need to be on either 2.4 gig , or 75 band frequency to participate. We will have a list of available 75 band channels shortly and I will post them up. 2. No Nylints. 3. Please be sure you are able attend on the days you say you will be there. If you can only attend one day, that's not a problem, just let us know. 4. You must inform us ahead of time if you plan to attend so we can get badges for you. In other words, don't just show up with your rig on the day of the show and expect to crawl. You won't be able to. 5. You will not be allowed to advertise or sell anything at the show. We are only allowed to promote ourselves (RCP Crawlers) and vendors whose products we carry. If you want to wear a shirt with your club logo on it that's fine, but don't expect to advertise anything, or hand anything out. The show promoters have strict rules about this. The best thing to do would be, wear your RCCrawler.com gear to support this site.  There will be lots of media there, here's your chance to be famous.  So post up if you'd like to go. I might be going already with the owner of my LHS. I will be attending thur-sunday if I go with him. If I bring my truck and im already in can I drive on the course? Thanks! |
