refreshing this thread. i'm now in the market for 12mm hex that is 12mm thick. curious if you had any success with these. what thickness were they? did you successfully cut a slot?

I saw a few people offer up to make hexes. i'm interested in what that would cost. i'm using these on my venom creeper. a 12mm thick hex would still allow me to use standard locknuts so barrel nuts would not be required.
