Default Tamiya punisher shaft extender? what is this?

i got these shafts from a friend who got them in a trade. they are Tamiya Shafts but they have this weird extender. does anyone know what it is/where i can get another? i really like these shafts. even ordered another set as spares without the extender.



also, the larger pin in the U Joints. does anyone know where i can get replacements? mine are badly warn.

You need to use the IMG code on the side of the page when posting photos, like this

They are just standard highlift driveshafts, They are chrome or nickel plated brass, they look good but are absolutely useless, replacement parts are unavailable, after a few runs if the e clips haven't come off and let the small shaft fall out, it will wear through the chrome and will wear thin and break within a couple packs. Don't waste your money, Rc4wd punisher shafts are better or you can go up to MIP shafts for the best.

The bits in the middle are just joiners and look custom

thanks for the help. i used the IMG HTML codes when i posted it but it still didnt work?

but thanks, i really like these shafts but i do see how the shafts are wearing out. are the SDI ones any better?

Those shafts are terrible. The first time they touch a rock the e clip pops off and they fall apart.
