I am in the same boat, all of my personal rigs are all on my 4pk. My sons ,my wifes and the extra all have there own system. don't need a friend dropping a $300 controller so they get a cheap stock one. Or they can buy there own

I use a dx6i. I can keep it bound to up to ten aircraft, boats, or cars/trucks. I've even started up my crawler and my Heli at the same time. The I can switch between the two without turning them off. Just selected a different model on my controller. I was use to using two sticks tho if ur stuck on spinning that wheel to turn then this is not the way to go for u.

I don't know if u use a bind plug for futaba like u do spectrum but if that's the case then I would put a servo extension plug in an easy to reach spot so u can bind and rebind easily

I use two 4PLs with different (multiple) trucks/rigs bound to each. Each transmitter has a different color wrap on the grip. These ones run on this tranny and those ones run on the other tranny. Not really confusing at all 'cause they all have different screen IDs. Both transmitters fit comfortably in my old JR PROPO dual transmitter case along with a few small tools and some spare AAs.

Like most have said they aren't willing to lend out such an exspensive tx to just any friend. IMHO it's a hell of a good problem to have!!! | |
