Well, I went to install them and started attaching the driveshaft to it and... The output shaft or whatever you want to call it just randomly popped out..

Yep.. If I were. To put it in then pull on it sometimes it feels like it's locked in there then if I wiggle it a little it comes out... I can post pics of everything I have.. Maybe I'm missing something.

This is everything that I have. I've never pulled this thing apart all I did was buy it install it and the shaft came off while I was putting the driveshaft on.

Yes, NS35's gears look worn out, thus the "wings" on the large OD of the gears. This can lead to opening the gear mesh between the pinion & ring gear leaving the rig motionless. I think new parts are in order.
bmillers gears look OK.

Spares/upgrades... T-Rex 60 Axle Parts

Yes the pinion gear stripped out 45 minutes into a G6 comp :thumbdown:so I had to put my stock scx10 axles on my rig to finish

Yeah, I had just realized that. The problem is though I haven't used these axles at all.. So i'm going to email rc4wd and see if they can send me a new output shaft. Thanks for your responses guys.

tlt/highlift pinions will work with the trex's.

i twisted off the pinion outputs from the hardened rc4wd gearsets on a regular basis when i tried using the trex axles on a comp rig.
