Default Rc4wd experience

I have been a member on here for a long time but rarely post. I usually just look for info.
I'm having some trouble getting rc4wd to respond to a problem with an order and I don't really want to throw them under the bus yet but I was interested if anyone else has had a problem with them.

It can take them a few days to respond if their busy but they have always taken care of the problem once they do. They have a good rep give them a chance to respond. How long has it been since you tried contacting them?

they responded after 4 days to my first email asking for the order number, even though I gave all my info, pics and everything. now its been another 2. I'm trying to be patient and in think I have been. But I have an expensive chassis that has signifigant issues.
Ill be patient, I hope I hear back soon though.

Good luck. I have heard several people complaining about them recently and I have already been burned by them in the past more than once. I will never get another thing from them if I can at all help it. The customer service with them is very poor imo.

Very strange, they usually give back an answer in a few days.... The customers care is also fast in resolving deals, even with some italian friends ( they usually use google to translate emails so you can immagine the mistakes)

Is the problem something we can help with or is it beyond that?

They took a few days for me, but they did respond and make things right.

Still nothing. I gotta say I'm really disappointed. It's been a week, I think for anyone large or small company that's ridiculous.

Seems to be hit or miss with them. I've had 4 orders. One of them was a horrible experience with serious communication problems. The other 3 were amazingly smooth and problem free all around.

They will eventually get around to helping you, but it might take a while.

They may respond to an order issue but if your waiting to hear back about a poor fitting part or defective products then good luck they could not care less cause they already have your money.
I went thru product issues and could never get a reply at all.
