Default Home Course Setup

Anyone have any ideas or routes for an indoor comp crawler course? I have been thinking about putting aside a small section of basement to setup a little course but not sure how to go about it. Also, I have a lot of extra rock at my place. Any ideas for an outdoor course??

Thanks!

Fire wood cut or still in rounds works well mixed with cement blocks of all sizes. I set up a course in a spare room of mine using those items. Very technical timed run for me and my buddys. Don't just throw it all in a pile try stacking it in such a way you have a trail...

Thanks for the quick reply. That's a great idea, I have a bunch of old stone and firewood stacked around that would make a perfect little course and hopefully a good challenge. I am going to look into making one these weekend.
Thanks again

Here is one of my backyard courses. The "play hills"
The pictures don't do these hill climbs justice.

Exactly what I did only near some trees on a hill so I could dig up roots ;)
