Wraith kit ?s
 
I bought a wraith kit and I got it together and everything works but no reverse can anyone troubleshoot the problem anything helps.

There is endless help on here buddy, but you have to be more specific. Need to know, mechanical or electrical. Also what electronics are you running? A little more details will get you alot more answers ;)

Sorry man I'm new to this. I have a Novak ballistic Novak motor. Edge brushless esc 5500mah battery. I have a dx2e remote sorry man I'm new to this.

Sounds like you need a recalibration

Sounds like the ESC could be in a no reverse mode.

I called the hobby shop and they said since the esc and motor and all that's upgraded it's got some kind of a safety feature where you hit the gas then stop then hit reverse it seams to work anyone ever heard of this?

Yes, fairly common. Stops you from shredding your transmission gears. Exactly the same reason why you never throw your 1:1 car into reverse while traveling forward.

That's just a setting in the esc. It's set for fwd/brk/rev.

Yeah I guess that's what it is sometimes it's just hard to get it to go into reverse. I guess it takes time to get used to it.
