Default Junfac gmade driveshaft question

I'm looking for driveshafts for a build I'm going and it's between the junfac and MIPS. How easy are the shafts to cut down. I mean I'm not new to modding just wsnting to know which one is easier to modify if need be. I don't want to buy a set and cut them down to find out I screwed it up

Both have limitations on how far you can cut them down. The older Junfacs allowed you to shorten quite a bit. Just check how deep the splines or D shape engage before you cut on either.

From personal experience I have not cut them down or extended them but I bet the mip driveshafts are harder metal and I had Junfac driveshafts they were pretty sloppy I would definitely go with mip and there is different lengths in mip driveshafts the wraith are the 110mm I believe and the scx are shorter from what I understand but I could b talking out my butt on that part the point is always go with mip if u can I sold my junfac driveshafts and went back to stock wb8 driveshafts that will tell u how much I liked the junfac driveshafts lol

Never had the mip shafts as they can be expensive to get over in the UK, but the junfac shafts have been fine in 4 different tucks. However the junfacs have a very short 'D' section on the female part and cant be shortened too much. There are different lengths available though.

I know which are better by a long shot and I would go with mip. I was really just concerned about which were better to mod if need be
