For specs and such you are better off searching/posting here in the appropriate thread.

I sent a photo of my wheel to RC4WD and they responded by answering only one of my two questions. I can't win.

Ive had to use their customer service 2-3 times. All times they got back to me in about 24 hours, all times i had to take a picture of the issue, and all times i recieved a replacement part in the mail free of charge. I cant complain Bumpers mounting, and hardware sizes should be pretty easy to figure out on your own |

RC4WD is a great supplier. Good choices of shocks, bumpers, scale access., etc.. Need tires??? Other than PL Swampers or PitBulls they're the BEST choice for the scaler crowd. But customer service sucks. As said, ask your Q's here first. Everyone here is happy to share their experiences, without taking you $$ first.

They answered my question...INCORRECTLY! They are telling me the hardware for the beadlock rings is the same as the hardware for the hubs/wheel nut covers. That's funny because the wheels came with two different length screws! |

I've never had a problem with them. They have only been a terrific company to me and my needs. Just the other day I had to buy a helical gear set and RPP was out of stock, I bought the set from RC4WD and three days later it was in my mailbox. Honestly, if you need to get in touch with their "customer service" about what screw goes where, then you realllly need to find another hobby or need to work on your common sense. Saying that you won't give RC4WD any more money just because of a badly machined/stamped part or a company that doesn't have customer service is, well, pretty selfish. If you do have a problem, email them and in about 1-3 days, you'll get an email back with either a new part on the way or a solution to resolve your problem. |

So your saying if people aren't as educated as much as you then they should quite the hobby? Dumbest thing I've ever heard. Not everyone is an experienced hobbyist.
