someone has bought from them? i wrote from italy, i placed an order from them but they didn't answer to my e mail? i sent them a lot

I ordered a few Traxxas parts from them a couple weeks ago through their Ebay store, they just showed up.

Hopefully they get your order worked out.

i placed my order on first days of december but i haven't received nothing and they didn't answer to my mail

I was thinking about ordering some stuff from them as well.hope they are faster than that.

i do a lot of orders from USA but this is the first time i have problems..

Italy and France are on lot of "do not sell to" lists because of fraud and poor postal service. That may be the case.

it is simply to say that..but the problem isn't if the package arrive at italy custom but if tha package has started from USA because it is from the biginning of Jenuary that i write to customer service but i don't receive any reply..otherwise i did a lot of orders from amainhobbies ( i think almost one per month) and i never had an issue ;)

still no answer..my compliments for their customer service, i hope they have different care for USA people ..at least that the respond to the mail about orders..

I bought a ton of stuff from them and they had horrible service and ridiculous delivery times. I wont buy from them again.

When it comes to hobby parts you really have to stick with reputable companies... it's very easy to piss your money away if you stray

you are right, i start to buy stuff for my rc models 10 years ago and never an issue, this is the first time ,unfortunately it was the only shop that has in stock this item..
