In these pics it looks like some button head screws will work for you:

CA glue as far as I can tell. I would try medium viscosity.

I believe it should mount onto your current bumper brace screw holes. You will probably want some screws and lock nuts though.

No, no, no, and no. CA wouldn't be nearly as strong as it needs to be. The other two were right, some nuts and screws would be your best option.

Wow...mounting a bumper with CA? Am I missing something?

That was clearly a joke.

You can see plain as day there are two bolts on each side of the bumper connecting to the frame. You may have to drill a new hole on each side along with using the existing holes.

There are holes in the chassis where the screws go through into the brace for the battery holder and there is a other hole where another brace is.

I noticed this is a somewhat "older" thread, but I'm curious to see how the bumper install came out... I purchased the same bumper for my JK, along with an RC4WD Warn Winch and had to return the bumper because it would not fit the winch.

Did anyone else experience this, because I absolutely loved the look of the bumper!

Additionally, does anybody know if the fairlead design was changed on the Winch, maybe the new one is bigger...because that was the issue, it wouldn't go through the opening in the bumper. Ultimately I ended up ordering a JK Recover Bumper, but haven't installed it yet... was hoping to get a JK Bumper w/Grill Guard.

I think they make an adapter plate to run that new bigger winch in the old bumpers, but I can't be sure.

They also make a bunch of new bumpers that allow that winch to fit
