I could be wrong but I thought I saw (I'm not searching 19 pages, you can do that) that Creeper Bob will do a HD titanium axle (5mm) on request.

Or you could buy the 4mm stubs from VP and run those instead of the 5mm in front. That's what I did when I got tired of 2 different sized wheel nuts on my rig and realized that there was no need for the 5mm stub.

Titanium is not a good material for axle shafts...good quality steel is what you want.

Or ....

5mm Scale front hubs:

And 4mm Scale rear hubs:
Ultra Hubs - Rear M4

That way you can easily tell them apart ... and everything looks awesome.

Re: in search of 5mm rear scx10 axles

Good hardened steel is in fact stronger then titanium. I see a lot of guys on here that think titanium is indestructible and the strongest metal available. The appeal of titanium is the strength to weight ratio. Its just a hair heavier the billet aluminum but much stronger. When it comes to 5mm axle shafts either one should be plenty strong. Maybe with a heavy rig, oversized 2.2 tires, big power and a mean trigger finger they could break but under normal driving they will both be great.
